Latke Recipe from Malkah:
Grate 10 Potatoes (press by hand to drain excess liquid) and 1 Large Onion
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt & "Pinch" of Pepper to taste
1 "Pinch" Baking Powder
Heavy Frying Pan with 1 inch Canola oil
Fry Until Golden Brown, Dry on Paper
Serve warm with Apple Sauce and Sour Cream
