| An mp3 is a digital music file, such as a CD recording, but in a
special compressed format that enables near CD quality sound in a
much smaller file size. The original CD recording would
sound better, of course, but it is a good way to check out
new music on the web.
We have provided song samples in
two formats. If you have Flash you should see an embedded
Flash Player. To skip to a different song click on the
song title you want to hear and the Flash Player will play that
song sample. If you do not have
Flash you can install it, or play songs by selecting the
song links provided above.
Below is a link to
one of the more popular mp3 recorders and players available,
Musicmatch. Your computer may already have Windows Media
Player, or Real Player, which should also be able to play mp3
files. If you click on the links above and after
waiting (if you have a slow connection it could take a minute or
two to download the file) and a program does not attempt to open
and play the file then you may need to download one of the free
players that are available.
